1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Australia Standard Delivery: 2–6 business days
  • Australia Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metro areas for orders placed before 11 AM

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is offered on orders over $75 AUD within Australia.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment status.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Missed Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, you will be contacted with options for redelivery. We may charge an additional shipping fee for the second delivery attempt.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

8. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging for your privacy. Product names or branding will not appear on the outer box.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia. For updates about international availability, please subscribe to our newsletter.
